F2 AI Assistant in the record window

In the record window, you can access F2 AI Assistant by clicking on the F2 AI Assistant icon on the right side of the window or in the ribbon.

Select the document in the document area that you wish to generate a reply from. Click on the icon to open the "F2 AI Assistant" window on the right side of the screen.

At the top of the window you will find the prompts that you can use. Prompts are requests you can direct at the AI Assistant. By default you can choose between:

  • Summary

  • Translate into Danish

  • Write newsletter

  • Write speech.

By using the "Write speech" prompt, for example, you can ask F2 AI Assistant to generate a speech based on the document you selected before clicking on the F2 AI Assistant icon.

It is possible to change the visibility of prompts.

Send a prompt to F2 AI Assistant

When you click on one of the prompts at the top of the "F2 AI Assistant" window, F2 AI Assistant will generate a reply. The reply is based on the data found in the selected document on the record in question. This means that if you have several documents on a record, you must select the document that you want summarised before clicking on the prompt. The selected document’s title is shown at the top of the "F2 AI Assistant" window.

F2 AI Assistant only gains access to the data in the document you have selected when you click on a prompt.

The "F2 AI Assistant reply" field displays the reply to your prompt. Click on the Enlarge icon maximize in the bottom right corner of the field to view the text in a larger text field.

The "F2 AI Assistant" window will close if you click elsewhere in F2. Click on the F2 AI Assistant icon to reopen the window.

At the bottom of the window you can click on Clear to remove the generated text, Copy to copy the text to the clipboard, or Retry to generate a new reply to the same prompt. You can also request fine-tuning of the text using the field at the bottom of the window. Describe the desired changes and press Enter or click the Send message icon.

The quality of the reply may depend on the length of the document, among other things. It may be difficult to create a comprehensive summary of a text spanning hundreds of pages.

Evaluate the reply

You can evaluate the quality of replies generated by F2 AI Assistant. To do this, click on Good or Bad at the bottom of the "F2 AI Assistant" window. Your evaluation is confidential and helps give your organisation insight into the use of F2 AI Assistant in order to better tailor it to your needs.
