F2 FOI Request

The F2 FOI Request add-on module makes it possible to create simple Freedom of Information request reports.

The report contains materials from cases, records, and documents in F2. You decide what exactly to include or exclude. The report is generated as a PDF file including all the relevant metadata information and documents.

F2 FOI Request ensures a complete numbering of the records, so all involved participants can see if anything has been excluded.

Create FOI request report

Generate the FOI request report by first selecting the relevant records.

Then select the detail level for the report.

The content of the report can then be adjusted by deselecting records or documents. You can add a comment to each FOI request element. This way you can document why parts of the material may have been excluded.

Once the relevant records are selected, you create the final FOI request report. F2 places the report in your inbox.
