F2 Gateway Approvals configuration options

F2 Gateway Approvals can be configured to fit the needs of the individual organisation. The following can be configured in cooperation with cBrain:

  • Add additional details to the "Comment" field when an approval is returned from F2 Manager 2. The addition consists of a recommendation for the further process of the approval.

  • Exclude from the approval log all approval actions performed on F2 Manager 2. This means that no details regarding actions on F2 Manager 2 are included in the approval log of the respective record.

  • Place synchronisation reports in the gated approver’s unit’s inbox instead of the gatekeeper’s personal inbox.

  • Sort by approval deadline in addition to the existing sorting hierarchy. This will add a fifth level to the sorting hierarchy, with the approval deadline placed between priority flag and sorting deadline.
