The F2 standard system
F2 is a standard production system designed to support the full digitization of workflows of public authorities, private organisations, and companies. F2 facilitates the best practices of digital case management, document management, communication, and knowledge sharing. Additionally, it helps support authorities' special requirements in relation to administration, filing, and archiving.
Best practices
The articles on F2 Manuals contain a general description of functionality that is consistent with best practices for digital workflows. The articles are based on an F2 system with all add-on modules installed. Depending on the add-ons included in your organisation’s F2 solution, the system used in examples on F2 Manuals may look a bit different.

Besides the areas covered by F2 Basics, cBrain supports a number of processes and functions through add-on modules. The add-ons include F2 Merge Codes, which lets you merge data from F2 into Microsoft Word templates, and F2 Approvals, which lets you manage both simple and complex approval processes.
