F2 Working Hours in F2 Manager 2

F2 Working hours (documentation available in Danish) gives your organisation the ability to define official working hours for all F2 users.

When you log in to F2 Manager 2 outside of the defined working hours, you will see a yellow bar at the top of the screen, informing you that you are outside of working hours and that your actions will not place records in other users' inboxes or trigger notifications until working hours begin.

You will still receive notifications from F2 Manager 2 outside of working hours when you receive approvals or meeting materials in the app. F2 Working hours only applies to records sent to your inbox.

If you need an approval or chat to be received by other users outside of working hours, you can activate expedite mode (documentation available in Danish). Then your actions will place the approval or chat in other users' inboxes and trigger notifications, even if it is outside of the defined working hours.

Expedite mode is automatically disabled when you close the F2 Manager 2 app completely.
If you use F2 Gateway approvals, be aware that it requires actions from the gatekeeper before the approval appears in the recipient’s inbox, even if you have activated expedite mode in F2 Manager 2. You can set up the approval to Skip gate to avoid this.
