Default settings
You can retrieve a range of default settings via the "Default settings" menu item. These defaults include selected and deselected settings of a user, list, or column. Column settings determine which columns are displayed in the result list, their order and width, and how the columns are sorted and potentially grouped.
Users with the “Settings administrator” privilege can create and adjust default settings for the users' different roles, as different roles typically require different settings.
In the “Settings” tab in F2’s main window, click on Default settings to open the "Default settings” dialogue.

The dialogue shows a list of all available default settings. Click on the desired setting and then on the Use this default setting menu item.

Click on Use this default setting to overwrite your current default settings. A Windows notification confirms that the selected settings have been applied.
