How to use a link as an external participant
When you create a link, the external participant will receive an email with the link embedded. The link leads to a login page where the external participant can enter the code they receive via a text message. F2 automatically sends the text message when you create a link.
Upon login, a page opens where the external participant can either either access shared documents or upload documents.
| Per default, the only file types allowed are PDF files and Microsoft Office files. It is possible to configure other file types in cooperation with cBrain. |
When using an upload link, the external participant must click on Upload and then select the document they wish to upload. It is only possible to upload one document at a time.
Email text for external participants
The email sent to the external participant consists of a default text that is determined on a system level in your organisation. The text cannot be adapted to individual recipients. The external participant’s name and the link activation period are automatically included in the email text.
