F2 Working Hours
The F2 Working Hours module allows organisations to define time periods for official working hours. Outside of the defined working hours, employees will not receive records in their personal inboxes. When records from other F2 users or emails from external senders are sent outside of working hours, they are withheld until working hours resume.
Outside of working hours, records that would otherwise be delivered to users' inboxes are withheld, and no notifications are sent in connection with these. You can still receive other notifications, for example in connection with F2 Gateway approvals and F2 Manager. |
Use F2 Working Hours
F2 Working Hours prevents you from receiving records in your inbox outside of working hours.
An F2 administrator configures the official working hours at the installation level. |

Records are not delivered to users' inboxes outside of the working hours defined by the administrator. |

Records are automatically delivered to users' inboxes when the defined working hours resume. |

It is possible to bypass Working Hours and place records in other users' inboxes in urgent circumstances. To do this, enable expedite mode. |
