Communication configuration options

Communication in F2 can be configured to fit the needs of the individual organisation. The following can be configured in cooperation with cBrain:

  • Automatically delete chats after a certain number of days without new messages. The default is 30 days

    • Let each user prevent old chats from being deleted automatically.

  • Have F2 suggest another location than the "External participants" node when creating a new participant.

  • Set the default access level for imported emails to "Unit" instead of "Involved".

  • Copy the access level from the original record when a reply record or a forwarded record is created.

  • Disable user-specific suggestions for the fields "Case", "Record participants", "To", "Cc", and "Xbc" in the record window and the "Add participants" field in the chat window.

  • Use "Send securely" when sending emails to external participants.

  • Display the record document and HTML attachments in compatibility mode by right-clicking in the document. Useful for emails that are displayed incorrectly. Note that the spell check is deactivated in this mode.
