Documents configuration options

Documents in F2 can be configured at the installation level according to your organisation’s needs. The following can be configured in cooperation with cBrain:

  • The option to simplify export of document copies by dragging and dropping documents from F2 to another programme, such as Outlook.

  • Enable the "Document versions" window.

  • The option to access the "Document versions" window from a document’s context menu.

  • The option to create links to records, cases, documents, and participants in HTTPS link format either instead of or in addition to f2p link format.

  • Determine the width of the "Properties" dialogue for documents.

  • Open the "Delete document?" dialogue with the checkbox "Create new version of the record" unticked. The dialogue appears when deleting a document in the record window.
