Settings in F2 Manager 2

You can change your personal settings in F2 Manager 2 by tapping the settings icon 
in the bottom right corner of the app. The settings are described in the table below.

Lists |

Choose whether the list width can be adjusted |
You can adjust the width of the list on the left. This can be useful if an approval has a long title. Choose whether to make the splitter adjustable or locked in place by tapping the slider. When adjustable, a handle appears in the middle of the splitter. Press the handle and drag it to your desired list width. Your chosen width will be saved across all tabs in the app. |

Show meetings per |
When selecting a day in the meeting calender, you can choose whether to display the meetings for the rest of the week as well in the meetings list.

Personal calendars |
Add personal calendars from your iPad to synchronise with the F2 Manager app. When a personal calendar is synchronised with F2 Manager 2, your events are shown in the meeting list.

Offline queue |
When you perform actions in offline mode, the actions are queued to be completed when you have an internet connection again. Click on "Offline queue" to view the status of the actions.

If the action has the "Pending send" status, it is still queued. If it has the "Processing" status, it is being processed. When an action is processed, it disappears from the queue. |

Show or hide the names of buttons in the ribbon.

Expedite mode |
You can enable expedite mode for F2 Working Hours. If you have dismissed the yellow bar that informs you that you are using F2 outside of working hours, you can enable expedite mode here.

Submit log file |
Send logs manually from F2 Manager 2 to cBrain. You can include a message when sending the log file. Use this function if you experience any errors in F2 Manager 2. |

Personal calendars
Personal calendars from your iPad can be synchronised with F2 Manager 2. Events from your calendars are displayed on the meeting list along with meetings synchronised from F2. The events are displayed with the colours and calendar names as they are set up on your iPad.
Tap an event to view its title, date, any other participants, and its description. You cannot edit your personal calendar events in F2 Manager 2.
Go to your iPad Settings and then to Apps. Select F2 Manager 2 in the list of apps. F2 Manager 2 must have "Full access" to "Calendars" in order to synchronise events.
Under "Personal calendars" in "Settings" in the F2 Manager app, you can add the personal calendars that you want to display in the meeting list.
