Transfer chats to F2

It is possible to transfer chats from F2 Messenger to F2 for the purpose of registration. All participants in a chat can transfer it to F2.

Open the chat that you want to transfer. Tap the chat name at the top to open chat settings.

Tap Transfer to F2 to open the "New transfer to F2" window. F2 Messenger automatically specifies the record title as "Chat with: [chat participants]" or the chat name and also inserts the time when the first chat message was sent.

You can change the record title and choose a new date and time from which you want to transfer the chat. The first message of the transfer appears at the bottom of the window.

Tap Start to initiate the transfer of the chat to F2.

The Transfer to F2 button in chat settings is replaced by the End transfer button when a transfer has been initiated.

The chat is attached as a document on a record in F2. The document is automatically updated when there are new messages in the chat until the user who initiated the transfer taps on End transfer in chat settings.

F2 Messenger asks you for confirmation before ending the transfer.

The record is added to a case in F2 which contains all your transferred chats from F2 Messenger. By default, only you have access to the case.
