Use F2 Messenger
Open F2 Messenger from "My inbox" in F2 Touch. Tap the Messenger icon next to the menu icon in the top-left corner of your screen.

You can also tap the menu icon or swipe right for an overview of lists and folders. Tap F2 Messenger under the standard lists to open F2 Messenger.

F2 Messenger consists of three components:
-
The chat window
Create a chat
In F2 Messenger, you can either participate in chats with individual users or groups of users.
Tap the add icon to open the "New message" window.

Here you can search for users by their name or email. Add the user(s) to the chat and tap Next.

This takes you to the chat screen.

At the bottom is a text field where you can write your message. Tap the send icon to send your message.

If you start a new chat with users that you have chatted with before, it will continue in the same thread unless you have renamed the chat. |
When you start a chat, the recipient must accept or reject it.
You can transfer a chat to F2 for the purpose of registration. |
Two types of chats
There are two types of chats in F2 Messenger.
Chats with individual users
In chats with individual users, you cannot add additional users. If you want to chat with multiple users, create a group chat.
Group chats
Group chats involve three or more users. Create group chats in the same way you create chats with individual users.
You can leave a group chat that you do not own. You become the owner of chats you create.
Go to chat settings to see all chat participants.
Chat list
When opening F2 Messenger, you see a list of the chats you are a part of. Use the search field at the top to filter the list by chat name or participant name.
The chat with the most recently received messages appears at the top of the list. If there are unread messages, a notification icon is displayed next to the chat. A green circle indicates that one or more users in the chat are online.

Tap the Home icon in the top left corner to return to your inbox in F2 Touch.

The profile pictures that appear in F2 Messenger chats are transferred from F2. This means that you must have a profile picture in F2 for it to be displayed in F2 Messenger. |
Reject and block users
When you are added to a chat, you will be asked to confirm your participation. It is possible to reject or reject and block users who want to start a chat.

Tap Reject and block to remove the chat from your chat list and add the user who created the chat to your list of blocked users.
Tap Reject to remove the chat from your chat list.
Tap Accept to accept the chat and open it.
Blocked users
If you block a user, they will not be able to search for you in F2 Messenger. You won’t be able to search for them either. You can see an overview of blocked users by tapping the icon in the top right corner of the chat list.

The "Blocked contacts" window opens. Here you can unblock by tapping the X next to the user’s name.

Existing chats with a blocked user will still exist in F2 Messenger. Other users can also add you to chats that the blocked user is a part of. |
