Participant configuration options

The content of this website is last updated to F2 version 12. cBrain are working hard on supplying you with the newest documentation of F2.

Participants in F2 can be configured at the installation level according to your organisation’s needs. The following can be configured in cooperation with cBrain:

  • The option of allowing all users to create and edit external participants in either the entire participant register or in specific nodes.

  • The option of preventing users from expanding the "External participant" node in participant register’s tree structure.

  • The option of determining which fields in the participant dialogue are visible and editable. Both visibility and editability of fields may depend on factors such as privileges, roles, and licences.

  • The option to see in which node in the participant register an external participant belongs when the participant is added to a field on a record or case. The node’s name appears after the participant’s name in the field.

  • The option to view the content of the "SSN/CVR No." column. The use of this functionality must be in accordance with the Danish Data Protection Agency’s guidelines for the specific F2 installation.
