F2 Signed Approval
The content of this website is last updated to F2 version 12. cBrain are working hard on supplying you with the newest documentation of F2. |
F2 Signed Approval lets you merge a signature into a document when the document is finally approved in F2. Signed approvals can be used when replying to inquiries from citizens or Parliament, or when sending letters in cases requiring a signed document.
F2 Signed Approval is set up as a default process that automatically performs the following tasks when an answer record, letter, or other form of document for delivery is finally approved:
-
F2 merges a signature into the document.
-
F2 creates a record with the document ready for delivery.
It is also possible to use a case template to automatically insert an email sender as a participant on the case and subsequently insert the email address as the recipient on the automatically created record. This can be relevant if your organisation uses F2 Signed Approval for responding to, for example, inquiries from citizens that are received via email.
