Set up signed approvals

F2 Signed Approval has three fundamental functionalities:
- 
Signature phrases, which are managed through phrase administration.
 - 
Automatic attachment of signed documents upon record approval, which is managed through document templates.
 - 
Automatic record creation upon record approval, which is managed through approval process setup.
 
An administrator sets up these features that can be used for many different types of processes where a signed approval is necessary.
It is also possible to use record participants and case templates to insert an email address as the recipient of the automatically created record.
