F2 Working Hours

The content of this website is last updated to F2 version 12. cBrain are working hard on supplying you with the newest documentation of F2.

The F2 Working Hours module allows organisations to define time periods for official working hours. Outside of the defined working hours, employees will not receive records in their personal inboxes. When records from other F2 users or emails from external senders are sent outside of working hours, they are withheld until working hours resume.

Avoid notifications outside of working hours

F2 Working Hours prevents you from receiving records in your inbox outside of working hours. Outside of working hours, the records that would otherwise be placed in your inbox are withheld. By default you do not receive notifications in connection with these. You and other users can still receive other notifications, for example in connection with F2 Gateway approvals and F2 Manager.

Certain actions outside of working hours may result in notifications informing you that a record has been placed in your inbox. However, the record is only placed in your inbox once working hours resume.
