F2 Basics

The dialogue that is shown when closing a record with unsaved changes and when saving a new record version has been improved. The dialogue now has a new icon, title, and text, and the buttons have keyboard shortcuts.

F2 now asks for confirmation when choosing "Remove record from case" in the record’s context menu in the main and record windows.

The user interface text that appears when sending emails has been improved.
F2 Manager 2

If space on the iPad screen is limited, the buttons for approvals or agenda items are displayed by tapping the "More" menu item.

You can now create chats on approvals and on a meeting’s agenda items directly in the app.

When adding a new chat participant, F2 Manager 2 displays a list of up to five previously selected participants, making it faster to choose between frequently used chat participants.
F2 Accessibility and shortcuts

A screen reader can now read chat messages in the new chat window introduced with F2 version 11.
Analytics

You can now delimit a report further by specifying a time as well as a date.

You can now search in drop-down menus by entering the first letters of the item you are searching for. F2 displays matching results based on the entered characters.

You can now use keyboard navigation in drop-down menus in the "F2 Analytics" window when a screen reader is activated.

The accessibility of column setup in the "F2 Analytics" window has been improved so that a screen reader can read the "Show as pivot table" checkbox, for example.

The first and last page numbers in the pagination in the "F2 Analytics" window are now bolded and underlined in blue on mouseover. This makes it easier to navigate between pages.
Digital Post (Next Generation)

PDF generation of the record document has been improved when sending Digital Post with the record document as the main document.
Search templates

Columns of the "Enum" type can now define which property should match the enumeration value when searching. You can match on "Abbreviation", ExternalId", or "Title".
