It is now possible to adjust the height and width of the "Select columns" dialogue.

The "New record" dialogue’s width has been increased in the new design. The dialogue can now display more text as in the old design.

It is now possible to search for deactivated users in the "Log out user" dialogue.

Performance has been improved for case suggestions in case fields with auto-completion on systems where the same user is responsible for more than 100,000 cases.

A configuration has been introduced that lets you determine whether the checkbox "Create new version of the record" should be ticked by default in the "Delete document?" dialogue. The dialogue appears when deleting a document in the record window. Configurations are made in cooperation with cBrain.

F2 now better handles teams on systems with more than one million security groups, units, and external participants.

You can now add documents when creating an email on F2 Touch on Android.

F2 Manager 2 now retrieves documents in the background after synchronisation. This means that the synchronisation itself is faster.

F2 Manager 2 now displays a warning if you try to overwrite your annotations.

It is possible to use the keyboard shortcut Shift + Esc to navigate from the editor to the toolbar on the "Properties" tab when creating or editing a report configuration in the "F2 Analytics" window.

It is possible to build an F2 AI Expert with a chat window where you can ask and search for domain-specific information from a selected collection of documents. F2 AI Expert can also be integrated with case guides. Contact cBrain for more information.

It is no longer possible to remove the last step in an approval process if the approval has been returned from that particular step. Now you must add a new step before you can remove the old step.

CPR integration has been improved and can now handle extra data from CPR regarding family relationships. Among other things, this means that participants in the "Family tree" window are no longer listed as "unknown".

CVR import has been improved, making it possible to update branch node codes and titles in the participant register. The improvement is made in connection with the Danish Industry Code’s update from DB07 to DB25.

Digital Post deliveries have been improved so certain characters in file names are no longer included. This is part of the Danish Agency for Digital Government’s increased validation, which takes effect on 3/3/2025.

When you click on "Edit" in the note window in a case guide, the text field now has focus.
