F2 Basics

Performance has been improved when using the "Read access to all records" feature.

The server’s behaviour under load has been improved to prevent F2 from closing unexpectedly.

The buttons in the "Confirm" dialogue, which appears when you recover a record, now have a more descriptive text.

A configuration has been introduced that lets you adjust the width of the "Properties" dialogue for documents. F2 is configured in cooperation with cBrain.
F2 Manager 2

F2 Manager 2 no longer displays a message about deleted annotations that could be misunderstood.
F2 Accessibility and shortcuts

The keyboard shortcut to delete a record in the record window has been changed to Ctrl + Delete.

You can now navigate between the ribbon, result list, and preview in the "F2 Analytics" window using the F6 key or by using the Ctrl + Tab keyboard shortcut.
AI Assistant

Prompt buttons in F2 AI Assistant in the chat window are now only clickable when there is content in the chat.

There is now more space between prompt buttons in F2 AI Assistant.
Analytics

The "Internal requests" report type has a new standalone column: "Finally approved request answer". Information in the column is included in the calculations of deadline adherence.
Service Builder

Validation has been added for the fields "name" and "email" to ensure that they have the correct field type: "short text". These fields are used to automatically create submitters as participants in the participant register. Furthermore, a better error message has been added in connection with file upload.
