Cases configuration options
Cases in F2 can be configured at the installation level according to your organisation’s needs. The following can be configured in cooperation with cBrain:

The option to deactivate deleted case reports.

The option to deactivate F2’s streamlined behaviour when completing cases, such as completing all of a case’s records.

The option to add records to completed cases.

The option to display titles of completed cases in italics.

The option to enable warnings when creating a case if there is already a case in F2 with the same title.

The option to create a new case based on an existing case via the context menu in the main window.

Determine colours for progress codes.

Show or hide file plans.

Show or hide action codes.

Show or hide disposal codes.
-
Determine the values that appear in the "External access" field.

The option to create links to records, cases, documents, and participants in HTTPS link format either instead of or in addition to f2p link format.
