Cases configuration options

Cases in F2 can be configured at the installation level according to your organisation’s needs. The following can be configured in cooperation with cBrain:

  • The option to deactivate deleted case reports.

  • The option to deactivate F2’s streamlined behaviour when completing cases, such as completing all of a case’s records.

  • The option to add records to completed cases.

  • The option to display titles of completed cases in italics.

  • The option to enable warnings when creating a case if there is already a case in F2 with the same title.

  • The option to create a new case based on an existing case via the context menu in the main window.

  • Determine colours for progress codes.

  • Show or hide file plans.

  • Show or hide action codes.

  • Show or hide disposal codes.

  • Determine the values that appear in the "External access" field.

  • The option to create links to records, cases, documents, and participants in HTTPS link format either instead of or in addition to f2p link format.
