F2 Basics

An option has been introduced to handle an error in Windows 11 where F2 Desktop occasionally freezes when adding a record participant.
The design has been improved for flag tooltips in the menu groups for personal control and unit control.

Performance has been improved when loading approval documents.
You can now see a status for offline actions that have not been completed using the "Offline queue" menu item under "Settings".
You can now see a counter on the app icon showing the number of unread approvals.
You can now open approvals or meeting materials in a combined PDF.
You can now choose to hide text on buttons in the ribbon.
You now have the option to view your previous approval actions on the new "History" tab. F2 is configured in cooperation with cBrain.
The lists have a new layout that provides space for viewing more approvals and meetings.
Attached files are now visually related more clearly to the approvals or agenda items they belong to.
Access to chats is now located in the list on the left under the approval or meeting they belong to.
Attachments on an approval expand with an animation when you select an approval.
Metadata and icons in the ribbon have been compressed, providing more space for viewing documents.
Icons and text in lists and in the bottom ribbon now have a darker colour, providing better contrast.
You can now navigate directly to an agenda item without expanding it first.
The list on the left can now become even wider when you adjust it.

You can now go directly to the detailed meeting agenda view from the ribbon with the "Open meeting" button.

The Alt shortcut to the "From" delivery field in the record window has been changed to Alt+M.

The dialogues that appear when an action requires administrator approval have been updated with new buttons and more accurate text.

F2 now displays more meaningful error messages if you have selected content that is not available for AI Assistant.

The "F2 Requests to unit" standard search now also includes requests where the "Who can see the request?" field is set to "Everyone with access to the record".
