Documents configuration options

The content of this website is last updated to F2 version 13. cBrain are working hard on supplying you with the newest documentation of F2. In the meantime you can read about the latest features and changes in our release notes.

Documents in F2 can be configured at the installation level according to your organisation’s needs. The following can be configured in cooperation with cBrain:

  • Simplify the export of document copies by dragging and dropping documents from F2 to another programme, such as Outlook.

  • Access the "Document versions" window from a document’s context menu.

  • Create links to records, cases, documents, and participants in HTTPS link format either instead of or in addition to f2p link format.

  • Determine the width of the "Properties" dialogue for documents.

  • Open the "Delete document?" dialogue with the checkbox "Create new version of the record" unticked. The dialogue appears when deleting a document in the record window.
