Set up signed approval
| The content of this website is last updated to F2 version 13. cBrain are working hard on supplying you with the newest documentation of F2. In the meantime you can read about the latest features and changes in our release notes. |
F2 Signed Approval has three fundamental functionalities:
-
Signature phrases, which a phrase administrator creates in F2’s phrase administration.
-
Document templates, which F2 can include on the automatically created record upon final approval. You can configure this on a document template.
-
Approval processes in which F2 automatically creates a new record upon final approval. You can configure this in the approval process.
An administrator sets up the features. They can be used in many processes that require a signed approval.
You can also use a case template to add the sender of a received email as a case participant. Upon final approval, F2 adds the case participant as a recipient on the automatically created record.
