F2 Manager 2 configuration options
| The content of this website is last updated to F2 version 13. cBrain are working hard on supplying you with the newest documentation of F2. In the meantime you can read about the latest features and changes in our release notes. |
F2 Manager 2 can be configured to fit the needs of the individual organisation. The following can be configured in cooperation with cBrain:
-
Restrict a user’s access so they can only log in via F2 Manager 2. This means that the user is excluded from using F2 Desktop and F2 Touch.
-
Set up that ministers can only be added to meetings by users with the "On behalf of minister" standard role. This can also be applied to permanent secretaries using the "On behalf of permanent secretary" standard role.
-
Determine whether the default value (Automatically/Manually) for adding records to ad hoc meetings should apply to all users.
-
Choose the default time periods for when a case is synchronised with F2 Manager 2. The default times are inserted when a user ticks the "Activated" box on the "F2 Manager" tab.
-
Choose the number of days that approvals received as a copy recipient are synchronised with F2 Manager 2. The default value is 30 days.
-
Choose whether to keep chat-oriented approvals on F2 Manager 2 even when finally approved. If this is applied, finally approved approvals will remain on F2 Manager 2 for a number of days - typically seven days.
-
Choose how the title of an annotated document refers to the annotating user. By default, the user’s initials (as specified in the user properties) are used, but it is also possible to use the user’s full name, for example.
-
Allow personal calendars on the iPad to be synchronised with F2 Manager 2.
-
Make the "History" tab available in the F2 Manager 2 app.
-
Choose the number of days an approval stays in the history list after it has been processed.
-
Log in using Microsoft Authentication Library (MSAL).
| The list of possible configurations above is not necessarily exhaustive. F2 is configured in cooperation with cBrain. |
